About our cause

Purchase equipment and supplies to independently sustain homeless identification system we have created that is recognized by the City of Indianapolis.

What population we serve?

Individuals experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis

What success we've already had

We feel we are successful every day when we connect with people living on the streets and help to rekindle the human spirit. The practical successes we celebrate are a side effect of the relationships that are fostered.

Our primary mission
The PourHouse is a street outreach that focuses on relationship and community building with individuals experiencing homelessness. In addition to meeting daily needs, we help people define goals and assist them in achieving them through a peer advocacy model.

To provide a 24/7 contact and sense of security for those who are experiencing homelessness.

How the money will be spent

Will purchase a military dog tag machine & supplies to create ID tags. This intact ID system provides a toll free number for assistance 24/7, as well as a unique identifier that allows us to provide name and medical history if emergency or public safety personnel contact us.
