Charitable Maternity Care for Urban and Underserved Women

Low income, inner city Memphis mothers desperately need quality prenatal care to learn how to care for themselves and their growing babies. Our mobile maternity care units will be uniquely suited to serving these women by bringing quality maternity care into the poorest neighborhoods. By operating with unconventional afternoon and evening hours, MMCUs will make it easy for mothers to get prenatal care. All services will be provided to women free of charge.
We serve urban and underserved women who are in need of maternity care in US inner cities. Our first mobile unit will be opened in Memphis, TN.
We have made contacts and partnerships with community organizations, hospitals, and donors in Memphis, TN and beyond who are partnering with us to advocate for women needing maternity care. We have raised over $75,000 to raise awareness to this great need and purchase the equipment needed to launch our mobile care unit.
The Morning Center exists to provide free full-service prenatal and maternity care to women in urban and underserved areas, namely Memphis, Tennessee.
All proceeds from this project will be used to purchase our first fully equipped mobile maternity care unit, that will take quality maternity care into the poorest neighborhoods in Memphis, Tennessee.
