The goal of Goodwill is to provide opportunities to people facing barriers to employment. We do this by partnering with other community agencies to provide programs and services to aide in providing jobs and job training. Goodwill also endeavors to help provide individuals with an improved quality of life through community partnerships and programs.
Goodwill serves individuals facing barriers to employment.
For over 50 years Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Michigan has grown in the number of people served each year. In 2011 alone, we served nearly 2,000 individuals facing barriers to employment. Thousands more over the years have benefited from the efforts of Goodwill and the community.
Our project is to provide jobs, job training services and improve quality of life for people facing barriers to employment.
The monies raised will be used to provide funding for programs and services aimed at creating opportunities for a better quality of life and employment for people facing barriers.
