During Year One, teachers engage in 5 all-staff days of professional development, 1 small team day and coaching, so this is the most significant investment year in terms of time and resources...What is the “Leader in Me” Program?
The funds will be used to assist in the implementation of The Leader in Me as well as for sustainment after the three year implementation period. Specifically, the funds support: Ten professional development days over a three year period, six days for all staff, and then four days for a smaller leadership team on the campus. Direct teach components such as student leadership guides, lessons plans, video lessons, interactive games, etc… How will funds be used?
