If you’re entertaining this weekend and need a quick and delicious idea, try this Heirloom Tomato Quiche. It’s great for brunch or dinner!
Mix 5 eggs, 1/4 cup milk or cream and 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese in a bowl. Pour this mixture into a pie dish lines with dough. Lay several heirloom tomato slices on the mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 350.
