Simple, light sweet corn salad wraps for the height of summer. Whether you serve this raw corn salad on butter lettuce, cabbage or simply on its own, be sure to top it with slices of creamy avocado and crispy tortilla strips. This light meal, or appetizer, pairs great with our Wonderlust Chardonnay.
