This simple pizza cut into bite sized pieces is great before dinner with a glass of wine. Buy some pre-made pizza dough and add whatever toppings you prefer! I mixed marinara with ricotta to make a light cheesy sauce, then topped it with roasted beets, cauliflower, onions and carrots. Cut into small pieces and serve with a full bodied red. Enjoy!
